What is “uptime”?
“Uptime” refers to the period of time when Tubular is up and running.
What does Tubular uptime guarantee?
We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime to paying subscribers.
How do I find Tubular’s uptime?
We are in the process of making our uptime public. We will post this on a live page soon.
What happens if it’s below 99.99%?
Our Development team is working so that we won’t find ourselves in that situation. But from time to time, things can happen that are out of our control. If our service drops below 99.9%, we will provide to paying customers an automatic credit on their next billing cycle. For a given day where the outage exceeds five minutes, we will credit your account 10x for a full hour that is equal to the hourly rate you pay for using Tubular. That is the full limit of our liability under this SLA.
How do we track that uptime?
We track uptime by measuring the server side error rate along with using server monitoring software. We look at results from ping tests, web server tests and website tests. Any changes to Tubular’s uptime will immediately be shown on our soon-to-be-published live site.
Will this change in the future?
Tubular may update this SLA on the rare occasion, but we will notify you about significant changes by email.
